This project is an adaptive reuse of a historic textile mill in Athens, Georgia.  The project consists of two separate buildings totalling nearly 40,000 square feet. The buildings are separated by an open space that will serve as the nexus for visitors to this vibrant, revitalized complex. Exposed brick walls, heavy timber framing, and other turn-of-the-century detailing adorn these buildings.

The smaller building will house a restaurant or brewery with a tasting room and an expansive outdoor terrace while the larger building will contain a mix of office and retail tenants.
